Natasha Trubman serves as the visionary founder and CEO of Elevate Recovery Consulting. With an impressive background spanning over 25 years in operations management, she holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master’s in Economics and Statistics, as well as credentials in Chemistry and Six Sigma. Natasha is dedicated to uplifting recovery efforts through a comprehensive, holistic approach, aiming to unlock the full potential of businesses in the industry.
Through her accelerator Cognitia, she provides vital support to startups and neurodivergent entrepreneurs, guiding them through every phase of their business journey—from initial concept and branding to project execution and market launch, while also assisting in the development of new revenue sources and cost optimization strategies.
Kevin Trubman, CFO
Kevin Trubman brings over three decades of extensive experience as a financial executive, specializing in sales and business development. In his role as CFO at Elevate Recovery Consulting, he utilizes his deep expertise to craft financial strategies, streamline development strategies, and improve the service quality of recovery centers focused on substance abuse and mental health. Known for his ability to boost sales and expand business opportunities, Kevin is adept at building and nurturing strategic relationships with clients.
